We have been experiencing delays with our shipments due to the pandemic. However, we still aim to get you your swag as quickly and safely as possible. Many warehouses and partners are working with limited staff to keep their employees safe, as well as our valued partner USPS.
If you are ordering within the US, orders have been arriving within 14 days of purchase. If you believe your order should have arrived already, please check the tracking details and then email shop@bollyx.com. We'd be happy to help.
If you are ordering from outside of the US, please allow another 7-14 business days for your order to arrive. If you haven't received it by that time, check the tracking details to see where it might be in transit and then feel free to email us at contact@bollyx.com.
If there is a customs charge attached to your delivery, please include a copy of that receipt/notification, in your email to shop@bollyx.com. We do not provide a refund for customs fees, but we do appreciate the report so we can continue to improve our process.
