Refund policy

We accept some returns, exchanges and may provide a replacement order within 7 days of purchase EXCEPT items on sale. If you are eligible, your item must be returned in original condition, with no damage, and tags and packaging intact. We do not guarantee exchanges, refunds, or replacement orders. 

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. 

Please note we inspect all returned items and reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.

An item purchased on sale, is not eligible for exchange or refund. 

If you purchased an item at full price prior to a flash sale or ongoing sale, you may receive a "price match" refund if your purchase is within 24 hours of that item going on sale. 

*COVID-19 Alternative Colors/Styles: due to the pandemic, some items may not be in stock with our partners, however, we have setup alternatives to ship to you that might be slightly different in color or style. We want to make sure you are totally swagged out as close to the color/style as we can find for you.
